Zenity provides verifiable compliance and payment infrastructure for AI and human transactions. Our services include identity, wallets, and payment rails for humans and autonomous agents. We are licensed, production-ready, and Interledger-powered. Our zero-knowledge architecture ensures that we do not store, own, or have access to your data.

3. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

3.1 No Data Storage

Zenity operates as a zero-knowledge application. We do not store, own, or have access to your personal data, transaction details, or sensitive information. All data processing occurs using zero-knowledge proofs and exists only in JSON format during active operations, without being stored in any database.

3.2 Data Ownership

You retain complete ownership and control of your data at all times. We facilitate transactions and compliance verification without accessing or storing your underlying data.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for account setup
• Maintain and update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Payment processing fees may apply to transactions processed through our Interledger-powered infrastructure. These fees are disclosed at the time of transaction and in your account dashboard.

Refund policies vary by service type and are specified in your service agreement. Generally, fees for completed transactions are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Zenity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. Since we operate as a zero-knowledge application, we do not store your content. Your data remains under your control at all times.

8. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:

• Financial services regulations
• Anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Export control regulations

Our zero-knowledge infrastructure enables verifiable compliance without storing your compliance data.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account management tools.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our services or users.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Since we don't store your data, there is no data to delete or transfer upon termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
